Requiring the State Department of Education to include certain additional information in an annual report submitted to the General Assembly regarding children and foster youth in the State child welfare system; and requiring the State Department of Education, in cooperation with the Department of Human Services, to develop and submit a report to the General Assembly by December 1, 2026, on improving outcomes for students in the State child welfare system.
