INVEST Act (HR3383, Rep. Wagner), which includes the following supported provisions: The Retirement Fairness for Charities and Educational Institutions Act (H.R.1013, Rep. Lucas), which allows 403(b) retirement plan participants access to the same investment options available to other employer sponsored retirement plan participants, which will better serve teachers, hospital workers, clergy, and nonprofits; The Improving Disclosure for Investors Act (H.R.2441, Rep. Huizenga), which directs the SEC to issue a rule permitting e-delivery and access to documents, while also preserving the ability of individual investors to receive information by paper, if preferred.
