Digest: Tells a state board to come up with rules to register people as commercial interior designers. Takes effect 91 days after the session ends. (Flesch Readability Score: 60.7). Creates a volunteer registry with the State Board of Architect Examiners for commercial interior designers. Requires the Governor to appoint four new members to the board, three of whom must be registered commercial interior designers. Prescribes the powers and duties of the reconstituted board with respect to registering and specifying a scope of practice for registered commercial interior designers. Permits registered commercial interior designers to stamp and sign, and have accepted by regulatory authorities, technical submissions within the appropriate scope of work as part of an application for a building permit. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
