Digest: The Act extends to people with concealed handgun licenses from some other states the same legal status as a person with an Oregon CHL. The Act takes effect on the 91st day after sine die. Provides persons licensed to a carry concealed handgun in states on the department list with the protections provided to persons with Oregon concealed handgun licenses. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
