Digest: The Act changes the relationship between OSCF and LAC. (Flesch Readability Score: 66.1). [<i>Modifies the number of the Oregon State Capitol Foundation voting directors who are appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.</i>] Authorizes the <b>Oregon State Capitol</b> Foundation voting directors to appoint all [<i>remaining</i>] voting directors<b> who are not appointed by the President of the Senate or the Speaker of the House of Representatives</b>. Changes the period for which the foundation must obtain independent financial reports from annually to biennially. Authorizes the Legislative Administrator to solicit and accept gifts, grants and donations from the foundation or other sources. Closes the Oregon State Capitol Foundation Operating Fund and the Oregon Capitol History Gateway Fund. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
