Digest: The Act makes some health insurance cover some fertility treatments. The Act tells OHA and DCBS to study access to reproductive treatments and report back to the committee on health. Directs the Oregon Health Authority and the Department of Consumer and Business Services to study access to fertility and reproductive endocrinology services and report findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health.
