Digest: The Act says that claims about child abuse are not subject to the notice requirement of the OTCA. The Act revives some claims. (Flesch Readability Score: 77.4). Revives certain causes of action barred because of the notice requirement or the statute of limitations or repose. Requires a revived claim to be filed within two years after the effective date of the Act.
