Directs the authority to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health not later than September 15, 2026.</i>] [<i>Sunsets on January 2, 2027.</i>]<b> Modifies the duties and composition of the Oversight and Accountability Council. Transfers to the Oregon Health Authority the responsibility to administer, in consulation with the council, a grant program for Behavioral Health Resource Networks. Repeals the requirement for the authority to establish a Behavioral Health Resource Network statewide telephone hotline.</b>
