                                    AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
 2      Consolidated Statutes, in veteran-owned small businesses,
 3      providing for small diverse business.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.    Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 7   Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
 8   § 9601.1.   Small diverse business.
 9      A veteran-owned business shall be considered a small diverse
10   business. A veteran-owned business shall not be required to seek
11   separate small diverse business verification to be considered a
12   small diverse business.
13      Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
