                                         AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 2      Statutes, in hunting and furtaking licenses, further
 3      providing for resident license and fee exemptions.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.         Section 2706 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
 7   Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
 8   § 2706.    Resident license and fee exemptions.
 9      * * *
10      (i)    College students.--
11             (1)   A college student who attends a college or
12      university located within this Commonwealth shall be eligible
13      for a resident hunting license if the college student:
14                   (i)    Has applied to an issuing agent or the
15             commission.
16                   (ii)    Provides a valid college identification card as
17             proof of enrollment.
18                   (iii)    Pays the issuing agent or the commission a
19             license fee and issuing agent fee as provided in section
1         2709 (relating to license costs and fees).
2         (2)   A college student eligible under paragraph (1) may
3     be eligible for license and fee exemptions for no more than
4     four consecutive years.
5     Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
