                                    AN ACT
 1   Amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), entitled "An
 2      act relating to the public school system, including certain
 3      provisions applicable as well to private and parochial
 4      schools; amending, revising, consolidating and changing the
 5      laws relating thereto," in charter schools, further providing
 6      for contents of application.
 7      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 8   hereby enacts as follows:
 9      Section 1.    Section 1719-A(11) of the act of March 10, 1949
10   (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, is
11   amended to read:
12      Section 1719-A.    Contents of Application.--An application to
13   establish a charter school shall include all of the following
14   information:

16      (11)    A description of and address of [the] any physical
17   facility in which the charter school will be located [and the
18   ownership thereof and any lease arrangements.], provided that
19   each physical facility shall be located within the boundaries of
20   a single school district. The charter school shall:
1      (i)    Provide the school district with the address and
2   information on ownership or lease arrangements for each physical
3   facility.
4      (ii)     Notify the school district of any change in the
5   information under this paragraph within ten (10) days of the
6   change.

8      Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
