                                    AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
 2      Consolidated Statutes, in veterans' organizations, further
 3      providing for grants to veterans' service officer programs.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.    Section 9304 of Title 51 of the Pennsylvania
 7   Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
 8   § 9304.    Grants to veterans' service officer programs.
 9      * * *
10      (a.1)    Transfer.--The sum of $1,000,000 is transferred from
11   the General Fund to the department for use under this section.
12      * * *
13      Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
