AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, in size, weight and load, further providing for
3 conditions of permits and security for damages.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 4962(f.3) introductory paragraph of Title
7 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 4962. Conditions of permits and security for damages.

10 (f.3) Additional authorized travel periods.--Except as
11 otherwise provided under this title, a permitted vehicle,
12 combination or load which is oversized (over-length, over-width
13 or over-height), overweight or both oversized and overweight may
14 operate under a permit [from sunrise to sunset] 24 hours a day,
15 every day of the week, except as follows:
