                                      AN ACT
 1   Amending Title 16 (Counties) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
 2      Statutes, in contracts, further providing for contract
 3      procedures, terms and bonds and advertising for bids.
 4      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 5   hereby enacts as follows:
 6      Section 1.      Section 15102(h)(10) of Title 16 of the
 7   Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, added May 8, 2024 (P.L.50,
 8   No.14), is amended to read:
 9   § 15102.    Contract procedures, terms and bonds and advertising
10                   for bids.

12      (h)     Exceptions.--Contracts or purchases made by the county
13   commissioners for the following may not require advertising,
14   bidding or price quotations:
15            * * *
16            (10)    The purchase of milk [for counties of the second
17      class A].

1     Section 2.    This act shall take effect in 60 days.
