                                   AN ACT
1   Abrogating certain regulations related to motor vehicle and fuel
2      programs.
3      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4   hereby enacts as follows:
5   Section 1.   Abrogation.
6      The provisions of 25 Pa. Code Ch. 126 Subch. D (relating to
7   Pennsylvania Clean Vehicles Program) are abrogated.
8   Section 2.   Effective date.
9      This act shall take effect in 60 days.
