AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, in game or wildlife protection, further providing
3 for regulations.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2102 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 2102. Regulations.

10 (b.1) Regular antlered deer hunting season.--The regular
11 antlered deer hunting season shall open on the first Monday
12 following Thanksgiving.
