                                       AN ACT
 1   Requiring the display in public school buildings of certain
 2      historical documents relating to the foundation of law.
 3      The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
 4   hereby enacts as follows:
 5   Section 1.   Short title.
 6      This act shall be known and may be cited as the Creation of
 7   Law in Our Schools Act.
 8   Section 2.   Display of historical documents relating to
 9                foundation of law.
10      The board of school directors of a school district and the
11   administrators of a charter school shall display, in each of
12   their respective school buildings occupied by students, a copy
13   of the following documents:
14          (1)   The Ten Commandments.
15          (2)   The Declaration of Independence.
16          (3)   The Constitution of the United States.
17          (4)   The Constitution of the Commonwealth of
18      Pennsylvania.
1   Section 3.   Effective date.
2      This act shall take effect in 60 days.
