For Oregon’s Congressional District 4, where we Corvallisites live, two term Democratic Representative Val Hoyle has pulled out a large lead. Corvallisite Melissa Bird had sought to challenge Hoyle from the leftmost part of the party. As stands, Hoyle is at 41,633 votes to Bird’s 10,025. That’s 77.81% to 18.74%.
