BRAD FINSTAD of minnesota in the house of representatives Thursday, May 14, 2026 Mr. FINSTAD. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Scott Winslow of Fountain, Minnesota, for his recent appointment to the Minnesota USDA Farm Service Agency State Committee. Scott is a fifth-generation farmer in Fillmore County, where he raises corn, soybeans, hogs, and beef cattle. He understands firsthand the challenges that family farmers and producers across southern Minnesota are facing, and he brings that real-world experience to his service. Scott has long been a leader in our agricultural community, serving on the Fillmore County Farm Bureau Board, the Fillmore County Pork Producers Board, and previously on the Minnesota FSA State Committee. He also currently serves on the U.S. Grains Council Trade Team and the Minnesota Corn Research and Promotion Council, helping promote Minnesota agriculture at home and abroad. It was an honor to nominate Scott to serve on the FSA State Committee. I congratulate him on this appointment and thank him for his continued service to Minnesota agriculture. ____________________
