Abstract

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Department of the Treasury ("Treasury" or the "Department"), Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) proposes to modify a current Treasury system of records titled, "Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service .014--United States Securities and Access System of Records." This system of records holds all records relating to United State Securities issuances, holdings, transactions, claims, and inquiries.
