Airworthiness Directives; Dassault Aviation Airplanes

2026-09536 · rule · published 2026-05-13 · effective 2026-06-17

Abstract

The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2023-22- 10, which applied to certain Dassault Aviation Model FAN JET FALCON, FAN JET FALCON SERIES C, D, E, F, and G airplanes. AD 2023-22-10 required revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. Since the FAA issued AD 2023-22-10, the FAA has determined that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. This AD continues to require certain actions in AD 2023-22-10 and requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
