Abstract
The Office of Community Services (OCS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF) requests approval of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Disaster Supplemental Annual Report. This is a new information collection request, based on a previously approved version of this report under Office of Management and Budget (OMB) #: 0970- 0492. This covers CSBG Disaster Supplemental Funds as appropriated by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act and potential future disaster supplemental funding.
