Issues related to base enhancement, airspace/MOA post-expansion, B-1B equipment/procurement upgrades & sustainment, Air Force- State of South Dakota joint partnership P-4 programs, enhanced use-leasing, REPI programs, future missions and incoming beddown of B-21 Bombers and increased infrastructure requirements on base and off, including local school expansion and service member family housing. National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2027 and the Defense Appropriations bill for fiscal year 2027, as they relate to production and/or RDT&E issues for B-21 bomber.
