STATEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL LOBBYING SERVICES Tasks accomplished during this billing period could, if necessary, include obtaining and analyzing publicly available documents to track developments related to a range of matters of concern to Phoenix Air Group. Work also could require responding to requests for information, drafting correspondence or position papers, and exchange of emails, and engaging in telephonic or electronic conferences or in-person meetings with members of the Executive and Legislative Branches of government relating to matters of interest to Phoenix Air. This includes contacts with relevant staff of U.S. House and Senate to encourage visits by Congressional staff and Representatives and Senators to visit Phoenix Air facilities. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, reports of lobbying activities will be made by Hurt Norton LLC to the appropriate compliance offices of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate.
