AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, in liquid fuels and fuels tax, providing for report
3 to General Assembly.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 9025. Report to General Assembly.
9 (a) Report.--The department shall submit a report not later
10 than March 1 of each year to each member of the Senate and House
11 of Representatives. The report shall include the following:
12 (1) The amount of money collected under section 9004(b)
13 (relating to imposition of tax, exemptions and deductions) in
14 each municipality in the preceding calendar year.
15 (2) The gallons of fuel purchased and taxed under
16 section 9004(b) in each municipality in the preceding
17 calendar year.
18 (3) The quantity and type of each liquid fuel sold in
19 each municipality in the preceding calendar year.
1 (b) Definition.--As used in this section, the term
2 "municipality" means a county, city, borough, incorporated town
3 or township.
4 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
