AN ACT
1 Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, in public-private transportation
3 partnerships, providing for SEPTA projects.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 74 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 9107.1. SEPTA projects.
9 Within 90 days of the effective date of this section, the
10 Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority shall submit
11 one or more transportation projects to the board for
12 consideration involving one or more transportation facilities.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.Connected on the graph
