Lobbying in support of legislation to improve veteran health care and benefit services for wounded, ill, and injured veterans including: S. 800 (Precision Brain Health Research Act) and H.R. 6444 (Blast Overpressure Research and Mitigation Task Force Act) to improve biomarker research related to low-level blast exposure; H.R. 2102 and S. 1032 (Major Richard Star Act) to allow concurrent receipt of VA and DoD benefits for veterans with combat-related injuries and medical retirement; H.R. 2623 (Innovative Therapies Centers of Excellence Act) to improve psychedelic assisted therapy research and trials; H.R. 965 and S. 1415 (Housing Unhoused Disabled Veterans Act) to improve access to housing for disabled veterans; H.R. 219 (Improving Menopause Care for Veterans Act) and H.R. 2717 (Servicewomen and Veterans Menopause Research Act) to study and improve VA menopause care; H.R. 2201 (Improving VA Training for Military Sexual Trauma Claims Act) and H.R. 2576 (Servicemembers and Veterans Empowerment and Support Act) to improve the VA disability claims process for veterans with MST history; H.R. 1971 (Veterans SPORT Act) to improve prosthetic services for veterans with recreational goals; H.R. 740 and S. 275 (Veterans ACCESS Act) to improve access to VA mental health residential rehabilitation treatment programs; H.R. 6024 (BRAVE Act) to improve outreach to women veterans for mental health care programs; H.R. 6047 (Sharri Briley and Eric Edmundson Veterans Benefits Expansion Act of 2026) to increase Special Monthly Compensation for veterans who require aid and attendance to live at home; S. 1644 (Autonomy for Disabled Veterans Act) and H.R. 1364 (Automotive Support Services to Improve Safe Transportation Act) to increase adaptive vehicle grants; and H.R. 3219 (GAMES Act) to expand eligibility for the Warrior Games.
