General issues related to the operation of the Dodd-Frank Act, GSE reform and the future of housing finance, cybersecurity, data security, digital currency regulation, credit and debit interchange, and privacy. Specific issues included: draft privacy and data security proposals; credit card and debit card interchange and routing proposals; consumer finance regulatory changes under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; and reform of the regulation and capitalization of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
