Support the Saving the Civil Service Act, H.R.492/S.134, to prohibit a return of Schedule F (or Schedule Policy/Career). Support the Equal COLA Act, H.R.491/S.624, to provide full cost-of-living adjustments (matching the change in the consumer price index) for federal retirees covered by the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS). Support the FAIR Act, H.R.493/S.126, to provide for a federal employee pay increase in calendar year 2026. Support H.R.3547/S.1861, the Servicemember Healthcare Freedom Act, to allow members of the Selected Reserve and National Guard to have the choice between military and civilian healthcare plans. Support the creation of the Federal Workforce Caucus. Support the FAIR Act, H.R. 7480/S.3823, to provide 4.1 percent average pay rate increase to federal employees in 2027. Oppose proposed rules to eliminate appeal rights to the Merit System Protection Board for probationary employees, to challenge reduction in force actions, and to challenge suitability determinations.
